The location of the hotel is perfect, with everything in the lively center of the city within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops just a few minutes away. The staff were friendly and attentive, even providing chargers for mobiles at the reception. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The front entrance of the hotel could be difficult to navigate with heavy luggage, as there was no lift available.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of a bustling city. The location couldn't be better - right in the center of everything. It was so convenient to have all the main attractions within walking distance. And the hotel itself was simply stunning. This hotel is one of the nicest I have stayed in. Wonderful staff, sparkling clean facilities, and a great location in the heart of downtown. Easily accessible to metro, shopping, and restaurants. Perfect for families with 2 small kids.

The breakfast at Mercure was excellent, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options, fresh fruits, juices, and good coffee.
