The location of the hotel is perfect, with everything in the lively center of the city within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops just a few minutes away. The staff were friendly and attentive, even providing chargers for mobiles at the reception. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The front entrance of the hotel could be difficult to navigate with heavy luggage, as there was no lift available.

This hotel is one of the nicest I have stayed in. Wonderful staff, sparkling clean facilities, and a great location in the heart of downtown. Easily accessible to metro, shopping, and restaurants. Perfect for families with 2 small kids.

The breakfast at Mercure was excellent, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options, fresh fruits, juices, and good coffee.
